Be well: Move, breathe, and strengthen your way through your pregnancy journey with our pregnatal yoga.
Our pregnancy yoga classes help Mums-to-be safely prepare their bodies and minds for the birth of their baby. Expect a gentle flow class – move, breathe and strengthen – in a way that is both dynamic and safe for you and your bump.
To prepare the physical body and alleviate aches and pains, we will particularly focus on opening the hips and chest, stretching the side body, stabilising the pelvis and strengthening the upper back and legs. Breathing and relaxation techniques will help calm the mind, an essential tool for both your pregnancy and delivery. Prenatal yoga is also a wonderful way to bond with your baby.
We cater for all levels – no previous yoga experience required. For the yogis amongst you, we will also teach you how to modify your existing practice safely.*Please note that you should be at least 12 weeks pregnant before commencing this class*

Ora Studios is located within North Head Sanctuary in Manly, which has an abundance of free car parking.
The Pregnancy Yoga class takes place in the studio (Room 1) – which is temperature controlled for your comfort and safety. Refer to our contact page for google map and directions.
