Reformer Essentials – Beginner
A warm welcome into the world of Pilates or quite simply a refresh. Focusing on the essentials and getting you into the spring of things, stretch, stride, and sculpt your body in this full body workout which prioritises core movements to build your base.
This 45-minute workout includes the use of dumbbells.

Reformer Burn – Intermediate
When your confidence is building and you’re advancing on the reformer, our Reformer Burn class is the next level of your Pilates journey. With a primary focus on enhancing balance, control and core, this session focuses on the whole body targeting key stabilisers through holds, pulses, and various positions that test your endurance. Think of it as adding a little bit of spice to your meal.
This 45-minute workout includes the use of dumbbells.

Reformer Power – Intermediate
When you’re ready to take control on the Reformer and test your strength and speed our Power class might just be your sweet (or spicy) spot. Get ready to lift and be consistent in your movement, build resistance, strength, and endurance through a series of powerful exercises, and a hard-core cardio finisher.
This 45-minute workout includes the use of dumbbells.

Reformer Jump – Jumpboard
When your legs need a little more our Reformer Jump class might just be for you. Incorporating jump board, this 45-minute session is designed to build consistency and momentum through a targeted routine that challenges your mind and body on the reformer. This lively workout keeps you on your toes, focuses on building the core foundations to progress your Pilates journey.

Reformer Strength – Intermediate
When you’re ready to commit and see your Pilates practice evolve, this class might just be for you! Our Reformer Strength class is based on a six-week program that integrates power and resistance to build the core foundations and unleash your full potential. Refine your skills and enhance your performance through reps and sets on repeat.
This 45-minute workout includes the use of dumbbells.

Reformer Cardio – (On and Off reformer)
A holistic yet spicy approach to Pilates, meet our Reformer Cardio class. This session takes you off the reformer with bursts of cardio and challenges your dynamic and core with various movements. Feel the burn in your lower and upper body and get comfortable with squats, skater, dips, and burpees because they’ll be on high rotation.
This 45-minute workout includes the use of dumbbells.

Semi-Private Strength
Combining strength-based exercises, complex movements, and a blend of weights and conditioning, our signature Strength session is designed to challenge and test you week-in-week-out.
This 45-minute workout includes the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells & the occasional erg.

Full Body Strength
Get flexed in our Full Body Strength class. A 45-minute workout that will test your physical and mental strength. Get comfortable with repetition, squats, lunges, loaded lifts, and bursts of cardio in this block-based routine.
This 45-minute workout includes the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells & ergs

ORA BOX
Prepare to sweat! High-energy small-group boxing session combined with ergs and core work. Improve cardio, power, and core strength in this full-body sweat session

ORA RUN
For those who have always wanted to run a certain distance or participate in a fun run event, the ORA RUN program will complement your KMs with running-based strength to help you hit your goals. Sessions all have mobility, strength and core based movements.

Reformer & Reps
Half reformer & half weights in the gym for the perfect balance of strength and flow. Build stability, improve mobility, and boost overall strength in this full-body workout. This class runs for 45 minutes including both sides of our studio - reformer and the gym.
